How Does Registration Work?
You may soon register for tournaments online on our home or tournaments page. Each tournament has a maximum number of players. If you register after we reach capacity, you will automatically be placed on the waiting list. Until then, please register on Facebook or contact us.
What are the Blind Levels?
The blind levels are typically 15 or 20 minutes depending on the tournament. Blinds usually start at 100/200. ​Depending on the tournament, there may be a big blind ante after the first break.
What are Bounty Tournaments?
A bounty tournament is where poker players are rewarded for knocking out their opponents. Each player has a “bounty” on their head that is awarded to the player who eliminates them from the tournament. This incentive leads to a lot of action because if you’re good enough to knock out enough opponents, you can make a profit before you’ve even made the money!
What are Some Common Poker Terms?
Here are 7 Common Terms:
Flop: The first community cards are dealt face up.
Turn: The fourth community card is dealt face up.
River: The fifth and final community card is dealt face up.
Bluff: To make a bet with a weak hand to deceive opponents.
Call: To match the current bet.
Raise: To increase the current bet.
Fold: To give up a hand and forfeit the pot.
